A doorway, not a wall.
Every business that comes to us is standing at a threshold: a new website, a relaunch, the first time they show up properly online. The arch is that doorway. Our job is to hold it open and help people step through.
The shape comes from the chapels and stone doorways of North Wales. The confidence comes from one verse: “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7).
The verse is the foundation, not a colour code. It shows up quietly for anyone who notices: “Cymru · 2 Tim 1:7” in the website footer, in full on the About page, and “2 Tim 1:7” in the email signature.
Three lockups, one arch.
Use the horizontal lockup by default. Use the stacked one in tall or square spaces, and the arch on its own wherever the name is already shown nearby.
Slate, daffodil, moss, limewash.
Taken from North Wales: slate quarries, spring daffodils, mossy walls and limewashed cottages. Mostly limewash and slate. Daffodil is the light through the doorway, so use it sparingly and only on slate.
A serif to feel, a sans to read.
The shape does the talking.
Beyond the logo, the arch frames photos, gives each service its own door, and finishes cards with a rounded top.
Calm, direct, hopeful.
Where it lives.
